Premier Mark Rutte heeft de toelage die prinses Amalia op haar achttiende gaat krijgen donderdag in de Tweede Kamer verdedigd. Dat Tweede Kamerleden de hoogte van die toelage ter discussie stellen, noemt hij ‘populisme’.
